Flags to full-staff: Noon, Monday, May 25, 2026

Please be advised that on Monday, May 25, 2026, flags are to be flown at half-staff at state buildings and facilities from sunrise until noon, and at top of staff for the rest of the day in observance of Memorial Day.

Please note that the POW-MIA flag is to be displayed over all state buildings and facilities from sunrise to sunset on Memorial Day. The POW-MIA flag should be displayed beneath the national flag if there is no third staff available.
