Annual Dance Challenge!

Bridgehampton School’s elementary students brought energy and excitement to the annual April Dance Challenge, a spirited showcase featuring students from kindergarten through fifth grade!
Now in its fourth year, the event was created to provide students with a fun and engaging brain break during the busy ELA State testing season. Inspired by America's Got Talent, the Dance Challenge highlights how music and movement can support student wellness while building collaboration and school community.
Each grade level performed its own choreographed routine, impressing the audience with lively performances, colorful costumes and strong school spirit. Families and staff cheered on the students, celebrating both their hard work and the joy the event brings to the school community.
Award winners included:
Best Dance: 4th Grade (Mr. Liberatore and Ms. Ozsu)
Best Costume: Kindergarten (Ms. Corbett)
Most Fun: 2nd Grade (Ms. Candelaria and Ms. Selvaggio)
The event was organized, facilitated and directed by our dedicated Mrs. Hamra Oszu, whose efforts helped make the experience memorable for all involved! Special thanks to Janet Mancini for capturing the event through photos.
