Fourth graders in Caitlyn Brown’s, Danielle Corbett’s and Jessica Rodgers’ classes learned about different landforms and bodies of water in science. The students were tasked with the challenge to create their own themed island with the landforms and bodies of water they learned about. Some of their inventive ideas included Chocolate Island, Winter Island, The Island of Fears, Emotion Island and Dolphin Island. The maps included a key to highlight each region.
