Kindergarten Cohort 2 students are celebrating Black History Month. From Maya Angelou’s poetry and Arthur Ashe’s sportsmanship to the musicians, scientists, writers, astronauts and others who made history with their contributions to society, the students created the “ABCs of Black History” to share their lessons with the school community. The hallway was lined with colorful posters and writings and staff and other students throughout the building were invited to join in to add to the learning celebration.
