Congratulations to our National Senior and Junior Honor Societies who won Best High School for the New York Blood Center's small division category! Students along with National Junior and Senior Honor Society Advisor Marie Bouzos-Reilly, collected over 50 pints of blood between two blood drives this year in October and April. The New York Blood Center’s competition was sponsored by the NY Yankees who invited our students to a game on June 5th where they were honored for their participation. Our own Valedictorian Kimberly Villa was also awarded a scholarship from the New York Blood Center for her efforts in collecting over 50 donations and for demonstrating leadership, volunteerism, and community service in the planning and organization of the high school blood drive. Great work to Kimberly and all of our students for your amazing work!
