This past weekend, Emma Kapon, a ninth grader at Bridgehampton School, wrote a poem in celebration of the importance of pollinators and read it aloud to the guests at the Pollinator Poetry Party hosted by the Horticulture Alliance of the Hamptons at the Bridgehampton Community House. Others shared poetry honoring New York State’s announcement to designate the month of June as Pollinator Month.
