Our Bridgehampton eighth grade class has returned from their annual trip to Washington, D.C., where they embarked on an exploratory journey through our nation’s capital. They toured the White House, along with visits to the Capitol, Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. They also took a visit to the International Spy Museum, National Museum of African American History and Culture, National Museum of American History and the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. They finished off their trip on Friday with a visit to the Pentagon City Mall.
Students saw the important history of our country’s founding firsthand, and thanks to fundraising at our Pickle Ball tournament in January, we were able to pay for visits to museums and for students’ meals. We are so incredibly thankful to everyone who consistently supports our Bridgehampton hive!
