Bridgehampton High School students read the classic play “A Raisin in the Sun” in Mr. Tom House’s English class before a special visit from the cast of the stage production at Sag Harbor’s Bay Street Theater. The in-depth conversation and question and answer session was preceded by a visit to the theater’s “Literature Live” free educational program, where the students experienced the professional theatrical performance about the members of the Younger family as they experience both tragedy and triumph in 1959 Chicago.
